This is a 4-hour class taught by Danielle Sollars where she will cover: informed decision-making, the labor process, coping and comfort measures, labor positions, pushing, and birth. This class is perfect for first-time parents or if you want a little more than what a hospital childbirth class offers.

This is a one day 6 hour group class taught by Kate Steward. You will gain an understanding in the labor process, comfort measures, and the first hour after birth. There will also be a focus on empowering you and your partner to be involved in decision making during the birth experience.

Rebekah's 8-hour, in-your-home private class will walk you through four components of labor: physical, emotional, medical, and comfort techniques. The class also includes a significant hands-on training portion for the birthing mother’s support team.
