Bradley Method

11 week couples class taught by Emily Belz. Bradley Method covers exercises, nutrition, the coach's role in labor, positions and relaxation practice for labor, hospital procedures, breastfeeding, newborn and postpartum care and much more!

Preparing for Childbirth

This is a Saturday 6 hour group class taught by Kate Steward. You will gain an understanding in the labor process, comfort measures, and the first hour after birth. There will also be a focus on empowering you and your partner to be involved in decision making during the birth experience.

This is a Friday 4.5 hour class taught by Bethany Roberts. She will cover four main topics: informed decision-making, the labor process, coping and comfort measures, labor positions, pushing, and birth.
