She is certified through DONA (Doulas of North America) and has supported over 100 births since becoming a full-time doula in 2018. My Story
Hi, I'm Danielle! Looking back at how I supported friends through their pregnancies and births over the years, I've been a doula before I knew there was such a thing. With a passion for birth work, it was a dream come true to become a labor and delivery nurse. I loved so many aspects of it, but ultimately, my heart led me to doula work where I could advocate and support families more personally and intimately.
Since becoming a doula, I have continued to build on my experience by taking courses and workshops, such as Spinning Babies, Body Ready Method, and Lamaze. Every family has different wishes and expectations for their birth. I want to support "your" ideal birth experience with the goal of a safe, healthy, beautiful, and positive birth experience. This can be achieved through education, informed decision-making, collaborative communication with your birth team, and support to meet your physical and emotional needs.
My superpower is helping you stay calm and confident during the magical journey of childbirth. From positive affirmations to massage techniques, I've got your back every step of the way. Let's laugh together, breathe through those contractions, and welcome your little one into this world with love and joy. I can't wait to support you during this incredible chapter in your life!
