Rebekah's 8-hour, in-your-home private class will walk you through four components of labor: physical, emotional, medical, and comfort techniques. The class also includes a significant hands-on training portion for the birthing mother’s support team.

This is a one day 6 hour group class taught by Kate Steward. We cover the labor process, comfort measures, and the first hour after birth. We also focus on empowering you and your partner to be involved in decision making during your birth experience. 

This is a 4-hour class taught by Danielle Sollars covering: informed decision-making, the labor process, coping and comfort measures, labor positions, pushing, and birth. Perfect for first-time parents or anyone wanting a little more than what a hospital childbirth class offers.
